Part of the challenge of this game is not being able to reload a save if things go wrong, so doing so is considered cheating.
You should know, however, that many players (myself included) frown on doing this. It should be in your Documents folder, under My Games\FasterThanLight. You can save your game normally, and just make a backup of your save file. Originally posted by Nulien:You don't need a mod.
